How to refer

A phone call starts the process

  1. For clients or parents: call 440-201-4841 to request a free 15-minute consultation and discuss an initial intake. A professional referral is not required.
  2. For referring professionals: call the same number to discuss availability and arrange an appropriate secure referral method. In an initial voicemail, leave your professional name, organization, and callback number; avoid client names and clinical details.
  3. Before sending records: coordinate with the practice about necessary authorization and secure delivery. Please do not send client records, diagnoses, treatment histories, or other clinical information through ordinary email, text, or an unsecured web form.

The initial appointment is scheduled by phone after fit and availability are discussed. Referral inquiries and voicemails do not reserve an appointment. Any coordination or response to the referrer follows applicable consent and privacy requirements.
