Plans include Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield, CareSource, Cigna and Evernorth, Carelon Behavioral Health, Medical Mutual, AllOne Health, First Health Network, Humana, UnitedHealthcare and Optum, Magellan, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, Medicaid, Medicare, Oscar Health, and TRICARE.
The self-pay rate is $125 for a standard 50-minute counseling session. Please ask about payment and coverage questions during your consultation.
